Halff designed a new 500,000-gallon composite elevated storage tank. The base of the tank includes a partition wall with an air-conditioned room for the Seagoville Fire Department’s radio equipment. The project included approximately 1,600 linear feet of water line to connect the tank to the existing distribution system at three different points. Halff surveyed the proposed tank site and the overflow elevation of the City’s existing tank to ensure the new tank was the same height. Services also included inspection of the City’s existing tank and rehabilitation recommendations and investigation, concept development, and alternatives analysis for upgrades to the City’s pump station.
